JMS Parking & Associates, LLC is dedicated to bridging the gap between customer satisfaction and various parking and transportation requirements. JMS Parking & Associates, LLC was founded in 2006 with the unique perspective of its Founder and Managing Director having served in a senior management role with a large, national operator as well as directing in-house operations with a commercial development group. This experience allows us to realize the distinct advantages of outsourcing certain business services as well as recognizing the importance of functioning as one team with commom goals. Our company's size is accentuated by enhancing interpersonal business relationships, creating dynamic teams, and fostering innovation. This cohesion reduces cost through efficiency but more importantly permits us to stand apart from our competitors. The lack of customer service and generally low public opinion that is so prevalent across the industry, becomes forgotten when conducting business with JMS Parking. Our achievements are met by focusing on relationships - among management, staff, clients, patrons, and vendors. It certainly is a unique perspective and one that bridges the gap between parking and customer service.

Quality is always going to be the key component for success. Our standards of high quality are unmatched. The expectations we have on our own performance translate into optimal results for our clients while focusing on premium service for our patrons and customers. We are able to compete favorably with other contractors due, in large part, to the structure of our organization. Vertically-aligned companies tend to be top heavy and at times, too rigid and slow to react in today's fast moving business environment. A highly vertical structure creates excessive levels of authority which reduces communication, coordination of activities, efficiency, and adds unneccesary salary burden.
Our organizational structure is primarily horizontal in design. This model allows us to focus on core competencies and the entire process of operations, not on individual jobs. This team concept is the cornerstone for our business services and performance. It enables us to react quickly to change and adapt to challenges in day-to-day operations. Leadership is given ample responsibility and there is an emphasis placed on training.
